The greatest danger for most of us is not that we aim too high and we miss it, but we aim too low and reach it. - Michelangelo
Who are we?
A question we have all asked ourselves. Through time it has been explored by many and through the lenses of a myriad of perspectives. In this blog I'm looking at it through the lens of consciousness, a lens that has inspired me to great curiosity and learning.
In Explorations of Consiousnessperspectives on consciousness are presented from writings, excerpts and films from Arnold Mindell, Ervin Laszlo, Carl Jung, Stan Grof, Ken Wilbur, Thomas Moore and many others.
In Forms of Consciousness, I follow it's beauty through writings, films, music, painters and through poets like Dylan Thomas, Reiner Maria Rilke. You'll find trailers of and commentaries to films aimed at change, amazing and spectacular occurances, or you can just enjoy the imagery.
In Practicetechniques are presented that allow you to relax, to meditate, to stretch you and your imagination, and to enjoy life.
I'm thankful to so many, since it has only been through the efforts of them that I have been able to make this collection. And welcome any suggestion for inclusion in my blog.
